HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT JUICE CLEANSE FOR MYSELF?

The Anytime 1 Day Cleanse is a tried-and-tested Cleanse routine that is specially perfect for beginners. In order to get a more wholesome experience, we recommend taking the Regular 2 Day Cleanse.If you want a complete fulfilling Cleanse experience, then you can go for our pristine Professional 3 Day Cleanse.
NOW THAT I KNOW WHAT CLEANSE I WANT, HOW DO I PREPARE FOR IT?
Preparation is the first step in every Cleanse experience. With proper preparation, you will be able to maximize the benefits of the Cleanse and have a more pleasurable experience.
During your pre-cleanse, you may gradually eliminate certain foods for 3-5 days before the Cleanse, such as:
Cutting these foods out of your diet will reduce the chances of having headaches, cravings and other withdrawal symptoms during your Cleanse experience. It’s also recommended to increase your intake of fresh vegetables, fruits and fluids during the pre-cleanse.
WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING THE CLEANSE?
Once your Juices have arrived, you must store it under proper refrigeration (0-4 °C is recommended). This helps keep the nutrients, enzymes and helpful bacteria in the Juice healthy and intact so that you can reap the greatest benefit out of the Cleanse.
We have prepared the order of the Cleanse in a way that will help you perform well throughout each day. So, we recommend taking your Cleanse in the order we have specified. We have also mentioned the timings at which you should drink your Nochini. In general, you should take one in every 2-3 hours.
Remember - Consistency is Key!
If you happen to skip a Juice, you may start feeling hungry later and as a consequence, you might have your blood sugar crash. To prevent this from happening, you must drink your Juice in consistent timing, even when you’re not hungry.

If you exercise regularly, we recommend cutting down on rigorous exercise since it may put too much on your body. You may do gentle exercise such as stretching and leisurely walks.
You should check-in with yourself every once in a while when doing your Cleanse. You must ask yourself whether you are actually feeling hungry or you are just craving a chewing sensation.
If the answer is the latter, pay no attention to it. You still have the strength to go on!
If you are actually feeling hungry and need something to push you through, then respect your hunger. Help yourself to a light healthy snack like a green salad, fruits or nuts. After that, come back to complete your Juice Cleanse routine.
WHAT SHOULD I BE DOING AFTER THE CLEANSE?
First of all, take a moment to congratulate yourself on replenishing your mind and body!
Your final step in your transformation into a healthier you involves reflecting back on the experience and gradually moving back to your normal diet and lifestyle. Before you begin to blend solid foods into your diet, keep in mind that your digestive system has been in a restful state for a while. Your post-cleanse diet should include a lot of veggies and fruits. We suggest you completely avoid red meat, dairy, alcohol and processed/fried food.
As you casually add more foods into your diet, take notice of what sensations you feel regarding each individual food. By systematically adding the foods one at a time, you will have the opportunity to recognize any triggers to allergies or sensitivities you may have with the food.
